We have very high expectations of the Third Party printing and shipping services used to reproduce the digital images on this site. We offer a full refund policy for damaged goods if we are notified up to 7 days after the order arrives. Please take photos of the packaging before it is opened and also photos of the goods, clearly showing the damage.
For poor quality printing, please send photographs clearly showing the quality issue.
The printing, packing and shipping is handled by a Third Party and we will raise the dispute with them using your evidence. If they reject the claim we reserve the right to refund based on our own evaluation of the information you have provided but do not guarentee to refund if we believe the merchandise is to the quality we would reasonably expect.
If you have purhcased a hand-printed item, printed by ourselves from a film negative please send photos of damaged packaging and goods as decribed above. The quality of the printing is not open for dispute however as it will vary from the image on the website because each negative is individually printed and we cannot guarentee 100% accurate reprodution of contrast and shading to match the webites image.
